All artworks displayed are exclusive to Cape Scapes Gallery and may only be purchased through our official website or authorised representatives.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.

Cape Scapes Gallery respects your right to privacy.

We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to process and deliver your order.
Payment transactions are handled securely via a trusted third-party payment gateway (e.g. Payfast or Yoco). We do not store your payment details.
You may opt in to receive marketing updates via email. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship to locations within South Africa only.
Delivery takes 7 to 14 working days depending on your location and framing options selected.
We use reputable courier services and will provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct. Cape Scapes Gallery is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect details.

For any special delivery requests or rush orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Refund Policy

Each painting is printed and framed to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on a change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos)
The incorrect item was sent

To request a refund or exchange, please email info@capescapesgallery.co.za within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

Product Disclaimers

Colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to lighting and screen settings.
Our paintings are hand-painted originals of commissioned artworks. Slight variations may occur as each item is an original.
All pieces are produced using an impasto-style texture that adds depth and character to each print, but minor variations may occur.
We do our best to represent each artwork accurately, including scale. Please read product size descriptions carefully before ordering.

Viewing Appointments

A selection of our paintings may be viewed in person by appointment only at our Cape Town studio. To request a private viewing, please email us at info@capescapesgallery.co.za.
